A four-person studio in Austin, shipping since 2014.
MSN Creative is a senior brand and motion studio founded by Markos N. and Sofia P. in a third-floor walk-up on East 6th Street. Ten years, 312 brands, and one stubborn belief later, we still hand-deliver every file ourselves.
A small, senior team on purpose.
We started MSN Creative in 2014 with two designers, one kitchen table, and a simple rule: every file that leaves the studio gets touched by a person whose name is on the project. A decade later the rule is the same. We are deliberately four-to-nine people. We do not subcontract. We do not run a bench. The designer you meet on the discovery call is the designer who opens your Figma file on Monday morning.
Pair that with tight async sprints — written briefs, Loom walkthroughs, one Slack thread per engagement — and you get agency-grade craft at studio speed. The shape of the team is the deliverable. It is also the only reason we can promise a 14-business-day average identity without burning anyone out.

The nine people building your brand.
Brand designers, motion artists, Webflow developers, and one creative director. Every name below is a real human who will appear in your Figma file, your Slack channel, and your invoice — not an agency alias.

Remote by default. In-person when it matters.
MSN has been fully distributed since 2020. Day-to-day, the studio runs on tight async sprints: written briefs, recorded walkthroughs, a single Slack thread per engagement, and a Figma file you can watch us work in. No status meetings, no time-zone acrobatics.
Twice a year we open the studio in Austin and a borrowed conference room in Manhattan for in-person strategy sessions — kickoffs, mid-program reviews, and the final sign-off. Founders who want a whiteboard and a coffee can have one. Founders who want a Loom at 11 p.m. can have that too.
- ·Async sprints, written-first communication, shared Figma libraries.
- ·In-person strategy sessions in Austin, TX and New York, NY.
- ·One Slack thread per project, one creative director per program.
- ·Optional working weeks at the ATX studio for teams who want to ship a deck together.
Let's talk about your brand.
Thirty minutes, founder-to-founder. We will look at where you are, sketch where you want to be, and tell you honestly whether we are the right studio for the work. No deck, no pitch, no follow-up sequence.
